PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

For more than 15 years, Mr. Gollahon has focused his legal practice in the areas of business litigation, finance, and real estate.  He has provided comprehensive legal counsel to individuals and business owners in a wide range of legal matters, including assisting clients in the development of permanent solutions to financial crises, bankruptcy reorganization, asset protection and debt management, and advice on daily corporate management and governance. Mr. Gollahon has extensive experience in business and real estate litigation, having served as both associate corporate counsel to Fortune 500 companies, and as the regional litigation manager for a national law firm.  He also previously served as Chairman and Member of the Board, Business Professionals Group of the Greater Boynton Beach Chamber of Commerce.  Mr. Gollahon’s diverse background in both litigation and business transactions have helped his clients resolve protracted and expensive legal disputes and have guided his clients through administrative, state, and federal judicial systems.
