PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Lauren is a Shareholder at Rosenbaum PLLC, where she draws on a broad and dynamic legal background to represent businesses, community associations, and individuals in complex litigation, real estate, and corporate matters. Following her role as in-house counsel for the largest privately owned automotive dealership group in the U.S., Lauren returns to the firm with a sharpened perspective and a deep understanding of the legal and operational challenges facing modern businesses.

Lauren advises condominium, homeowners’, and cooperative associations on governance, compliance, covenant enforcement, document amendments, MRTA revitalization, vendor contracts, and dispute resolution. Her litigation experience includes successfully handling claims in arbitration and court involving commercial, consumer, employment, land use, and real estate disputes.

In her transactional practice, Lauren advises clients on commercial and residential real estate matters, including acquisitions, leasing, financing, and contract negotiations. She has led multimillion-dollar deals from due diligence through closing, managing title review, corporate structuring, and investor agreements. Her experience in-house further strengthened her strategic advisory skills, as she guided executive leadership across multiple states on complex real estate acquisitions, divestitures, construction, and regulatory issues.

With a comprehensive legal background spanning community association law, litigation, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, real estate, and land use, Lauren delivers tailored, business-minded solutions that protect her clients’ interests and drive results—both in the courtroom and at the negotiating table.
