Lauren also represents her clients’ interests in Commercial and Residential Real Estate Transactions and Litigation. This includes preparing lease agreements and in litigation involving landlord/tenant issues, preparing loan documents, residential and commercial mortgages, and handling representation at all stages of the transaction including offer, contract, negotiated brokerage, title review and closing.
