Coffee, Communication, and Conflicts – An Interactive Seminar on Conflict Resolution

Rosenbaum PLLC is a proud participant in Coffee, Communication, and Conflicts, hosted by the Castle Group. Paula Marra, Senior Associate at Rosenbaum PLLC, among other participants, will speak to current and prospective Condominium and HOA Board Members about challenging issues they may encounter while serving as a Board Member. The discussion topics include conflict resolution among Board Members, managing disputes at Board Meetings, how to calm an angry crowd, how to gracefully handle a one-on-one confrontation with a dissatisfied owner, and helpful suggestions for responses to posts on social media.
