PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
James G. Wright brings over a decade of legal experience to Rosenbaum PLLC, where he focuses on providing comprehensive legal services in Community Association Law. Since becoming an attorney, James has cultivated a reputation for delivering strategic, results-oriented counsel with a client-centered approach.
Before joining Rosenbaum PLLC, James spent several years practicing insurance defense litigation. During this time, he represented insurance carriers, businesses, and individuals in complex civil matters, including personal injury claims, property disputes, and coverage issues. This experience honed his skills in risk assessment, negotiation, and litigation strategy skills, with a well-developed understanding of litigation too.
At Rosenbaum PLLC, James now focuses on representing condominium associations, homeowner associations, and other community organizations. He advises boards of directors on governance matters, casualty losses and related insurance issues, drafting and amending governing documents, assisting with enforcement actions, and providing guidance on compliance with state and federal law. With a proactive approach to problem-solving, James is dedicated to helping associations navigate legal challenges while fostering harmonious communities.
