PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Keith is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation team, where he represents clients in a broad range of complex business disputes from pretrial proceedings through trial. Keith began his career handling sophisticated commercial litigation matters, gaining extensive experience navigating high-stakes disputes and achieving favorable outcomes for his clients under challenging circumstances. He has also represented creditors in pursuing indirect remedies against businesses where direct claims were unavailable, including actions to pierce the corporate veil, reverse fraudulent transfers, and challenge preferential payments made prior to bankruptcy filings. This experience provided Keith with a strong foundation in strategic litigation and trial advocacy, leading him to represent high-net-worth individuals and businesses in diverse general liability matters. He has successfully handled cases involving intricate factual and legal issues, honing his ability to develop creative strategies and deliver results in both state and federal courts.
Today, as part of the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice, Keith continues to zealously advocate for the firm’s clients, combining his analytical precision, courtroom experience, and practical business insight to achieve the best possible outcomes in every case.
